Nintendo has released a new patch for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for both the Switch, and Wii U versions.

Forget everything you know about The Legend of Zelda games. Step into a world of discovery, exploration and adventure in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, a boundary-breaking new game in the acclaimed series.

Unfortunately, much like patch 1.1.1 released around two weeks ago, the change log does not mention any actual details.

We get the same “adjustments have been made to make for a more pleasant gaming experience.” Until someone digs deeper, that’s all we’ll have to go on for now.

However, those who have downloaded the patch noticed an infinite arrow exploit had been fixed. How it worked, was players were able to pick up all arrows dropped by enemies, which provided the player will tons of arrows. Now, each enemy will only have a has a specific amount of arrows,like the player (thanks, Nintendo Everything).

Other users are reporting the Wolf Link amiibo no longer has 20 hearts on the Switch version. Now he’ll only have three hearts by default as with the Wii U version. The folks over on reddit explain this a bit better, but it’s tied to completing the Cave of Shadows in Twilight Princess HD.

The previous patch brought welcome frame-rate improvements to the Switch version, but Wii U was left in the cold. Hopefully this one will rectify that.

The Maka Rah Shrine is one of the Shrines in the Hebra Region of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

• Location: Maka Rah Shrine is located in the centermost area of Lake Kilsie, hidden in the side of a cliff near a wooden pier.

Maka Rah ShrineWalkthrough - Steady Thy Heart[edit]

You can catch a glimpse of the glowing orange Shrine through a crack in the cliff, but it is not wide enough for Link to get through. While you face this crack, behind you is a pile of rocks. Break out your remote bombs and blow them away to reveal an updraft. Use this updraft with your paraglider and you will be able to see the entire wooden pier. Glide southeast past the furthest point to the opposite side of the lake where you will find another pile of breakable rocks. Destroy these and repeat the same process, this time heading northeast, staying close to the border of the lake until you find yet another pile of rocks. Drop a bomb and break them up, and travel north to the next pile on a small island in the lake. Bomb these rocks as well, face northwest and paraglide into the air. You should see a torch-lit opening dug into the side of the cliff. Glide over and you will find a larger updraft coming from a hole. Drop down this hole carefully and make your way down the cave, swim through the small body of water, and finally find yourself at the entrance to the Shrine. Defeat the two monsters that ambush you and enter Maka Rah Shrine.

As your enter the Shrine head forward and light the unlit torch with a fire-weapon of your choosing. Cross the rolling obstacle and stand on the switch. The door in front of you will open revealing four ancient monsters; take them out. Use Cryonis to build ice pillars to climb the ledges, grab the chest on the right containing 10 Bomb Arrows. Stand on the switch on the left to open the next door. Stand on the next switch and be ready to dodge the rolling spike-trap as it smashes through the wall of crates ahead (stand to the far right or far left). Head up the ramp and face back down from where you came. There will be some breakable blocks on a ledge, use a bomb arrow blow them up to reveal a treasure chest containing a diamond which you can grab with Magnesis. Keep Magnesis equipped as you keep heading around the corner, and retrieve the chest on the ledge to your left containing an Ancient Core. Around the next corner is another switch, stand on it and run back to avoid the spike ball rolling towards you. Another spike ball will come immediately after. Use Stasis to stop the ball from rolling and crouch walk along the side of it to avoid any damage. Speak to the Maka Rah to get your Spirit Orb.
